Taska is a small team building the AI productivity OS we wish existed at every job we've had. We started because the in-between work — triaging inbox, summarising meetings, finding the next thing to do — had quietly taken over the day. The product is the answer to that.
The product belief
You should never re-type something that's already in your email. You should never schedule a meeting you could have declined. You should never wake up unsure what today is about.
Taska reads the systems you already use (email, calendar, chat) and gives you a brief, a plan, and one clear next thing. That's the whole product. Everything else — bookings, voice brief, stats, the chat assistant — exists to make that loop work better.
What we won't compromise on
- Read-only by default. We read your data. We do not delete your emails or auto-respond on your behalf without explicit permission.
- No training on customer data. Your data is not used to train any model — ours or a third party's. See the DPA for the legal version of this.
- Mobile-first. We treat the iOS and Android apps as the primary product. The web app is the companion.
- One clear next thing. If a screen ever asks you to triage seven priorities at once, we got it wrong.
