Walk into your day briefed

Start the day knowing what matters — not catching up.

Most mornings begin with inbox archaeology — scrolling through what arrived overnight, trying to remember what was due. Taska hands you a 30-second voice brief instead. What to focus on, what's quietly piling up, what changed while you slept. Delivered before you've opened email.

A voice brief that plays while you make coffee
30 seconds of what your day looks like, in your AirPods. The three high-leverage items, the meetings, the best window for deep work — read out loud so you can start moving before you're at a screen.
Meeting prep, 30 min before you join
A push notification with the attendees, the last thing you discussed, the open threads. Meetings start where the last one ended, not from scratch.
Friday recap · Monday preview
A weekly review of what you closed and what slid, plus a preview of next week before it starts. You sign off Friday knowing where Monday begins.

“Snowflake renewal is the one that actually has a deadline — I blocked 90 min at 10am. The post-mortem can be a 45-min hit at 2pm, after design review. The hiring scorecards aren’t urgent; they’re on the calendar tomorrow.”

Stop losing requests

Tasks find you, not the other way around.

The work you owe people lives scattered across email, Slack, and meetings you got off twenty minutes ago. Taska watches all of it, pulls the action items into one short list, and learns what to ignore — so you stop waking up to inbox archaeology.

Every inbox + chat tool, one short list
Gmail, Outlook, IMAP, Slack DMs and mentions — connected with one consent. The 'can you take a look at' message becomes a real task before you finish coffee.
Meetings turn into action items, automatically
Drop in audio from a sales call, a standup, a hallway voicemail. Taska transcribes, pulls what was committed to, and assigns it where it belongs.
Triage that gets sharper every week
The newsletter you always dismiss stops appearing. The sender you always flag gets priority. You teach it once; the pattern is permanent.

Real focus time

Stop choosing between meetings and getting work done.

Most calendars show free time the way a parking lot shows empty spots — anything not occupied is fair game. Taska treats your tasks as appointments. It fits the real work into the time you actually have free and pushes those focus blocks back to your calendar, so colleagues stop scheduling on top of deep work.

Your to-do list becomes a plan
Taska fits everything you owe into your real free hours — around the lunch buffer, before the standups, after the school run. You approve; it schedules.
Colleagues see real availability
Focus blocks push back to your calendar as 'Focus: <task>'. The hour you blocked for the renewal is busy time — not 'free' on top of deep work.
Re-plans itself as the day moves
A meeting runs long, a deadline shifts, a high-priority email lands — the schedule re-fits in the background. No daily re-planning ritual.

Run a team without status meetings

Delegate without the daily standup.

Every other assignment tool lets you pick a name and a deadline — and quietly piles three more overdue items on whoever just looked free. Taska shows you that Priya is slammed, Maria is OOO Tuesday, and Devon has five hours left today, before you commit anyone to anything. The status meeting becomes a brief instead.

See real capacity before you assign
Each teammate row shows overdue count, scheduled minutes today, free hours left. The amber chips nudge you away from piling on. If they're OOO, you find out before you commit.
A manager brief instead of a standup
A daily snapshot for owners and admins: who's blocked, who's at risk, what shipped. No one has to chase status; the brief does it.
Full audit trail, ready for review
Every assignment, reassignment, and status change is logged with actor and timestamp. Filtered audit and CSV export per team — for when leadership asks.

Bookings, without surprise meetings

A link that books your actual free time.

Calendly happily offers every gap on your calendar. Taska only offers the time you'd genuinely have free — past focus blocks, around lunch, never on the day you're heads-down. When someone books, it lands as a task with the full intake context, not as a surprise meeting.

Slots that respect your real plan
The times offered are real gaps in your actual calendar — after focus blocks, around the lunch buffer, never on a heads-down day. No double-booking, no back-and-forth.
One link for the whole team
Round-robin or first-available. Sales teams, consultants, agencies — one link distributes to whoever has the time and the right context.
Charge for your time, ask what you need first
Take payment with the booking. Custom intake fields so the meeting starts where it should — company, budget, project type. Skip the discovery call.

Talk to your work

Ask plain English. Get a real answer.

Most tools make you click through five screens to answer ‘what’s overdue?’ Taska answers in one line — from your actual data, with your actual permissions. Reassign work, reschedule the renewal, check who has the lightest load — by typing.

Grounded in your data, not the open web
Every reply comes from your real tasks, calendar, and team. No generic AI guess at what you might mean.
Your permissions, never crossed
Chat only sees what you see. Private tasks stay private; team visibility stays team. Nothing leaks across boundaries.
One-shot edits across your whole stack
'Move all of Devon's open items to next week.' One sentence, one confirmation, done — across calendar, tasks, and notifications.

Close the day calmly

Sign off knowing what closed and what rolls over.

At your evening hour, Taska sends a wrap-up — what you completed, what rolled to tomorrow, your streak. No more lying in bed wondering if you forgot something.

What closed, at a glance
A summary of what you completed today, with the source that triggered each task. Six things you might not remember finishing.
What rolled to tomorrow
Anything that didn't close gets auto-scheduled into tomorrow's blocks — with the reason. The forecast slid because the finance call ran long.
A streak to come back to
A gentle 'closed at least one task' streak. Not a guilt-trip — a quiet reason to open the app tomorrow morning.

Security & privacy

Built for teams whose IT cares.

Taska reads sensitive surfaces — email, calendar, Slack DMs. The security model treats that data the way you'd treat your own. Everything below is shipped, not planned.

Enterprise-grade encryption

Every credential, every transcript, every message is encrypted at rest with per-customer keys. The plaintext never lives on disk and nothing is ever used to train AI models.

Read-only by default

Taska reads what it needs to extract action items — and nothing else. We never send, modify, or delete your messages. Calendar write access is opt-in, per provider.

You stay in control

Disconnect any source any time and the connection is gone. Export your data to CSV or delete your account in one click — no support ticket required.

Full audit trail for teams

Every assignment, status change, and reassignment is logged with actor and timestamp. Managers see exactly what happened, when, and by whom.

FAQ

Common questions, real answers.

If something here is wrong, write to us — we'd rather update the page than have you guess.

What does Taska actually do?+

Taska is one product that does the work of four — it captures action items from every channel your team uses (email, chat, meetings, voice), schedules them around your real calendar, briefs you each morning on what matters most, and gives you a public link people can use to book time with you. It's the workflow you've been duct-taping together, made native.

Will Taska read everything in my inbox?+

Only what's needed to extract action items, and only with read access — never write. Sensitive senders can be filtered out with one tap, and triage rules learn over time which kinds of messages to ignore entirely. Your data is never used to train AI models.

Do I have to connect Gmail to use it?+

No. Connect any mailbox — Gmail, Outlook, or any IMAP provider — or skip email entirely and use Slack, voice notes, and a personal forward-in address. Taska adapts to wherever your work actually lives.

How does the booking link avoid double-booking?+

The slot calculator consults your real calendar, your focus blocks, your lunch buffer, and any time you've marked off. Only true open windows are offered. Bookings create a real calendar event the moment they're confirmed — so the slot is closed everywhere it matters.

Is Taska built for teams or individuals?+

Both. Individuals get a Free tier that covers a personal mailbox, auto-scheduling, and the morning brief. Teams unlock capacity-aware delegation, manager rollups, OOO-aware assignment, and a shared audit trail — without losing any of the individual workflow.

Get your day back.

Taska is free for personal use. Connect a mailbox and we'll show you the first ten tasks we'd pull — before you commit to anything.
