Plain English: Don't use Taska to do illegal things, abuse the AI to impersonate or harass people, or break the systems we connect to. Below is the official list.
What you can't do
- Illegal activity. Don't use Taska to plan, coordinate, or facilitate anything that breaks the law where you or your recipients live.
- Harassment + abuse. Don't use Taska to harass, threaten, defame, or impersonate anyone. This includes weaponizing the booking link or chat surface against a specific person.
- CSAM + exploitation. Zero tolerance. Accounts are terminated and reported.
- Prompt-injection / jailbreak. Don't attempt to manipulate the AI extraction or chat features to bypass our safety rails or reveal another user's data. Detection is logged + repeat attempts terminate the account.
- Abuse of integrations. Don't use connected accounts (Gmail / Outlook / Slack / Calendar etc.) in ways that violate the underlying providers' terms. We respect their rate limits + scopes; you should too.
- Spam + unsolicited bulk. Don't use Taska to send unsolicited messages. The booking link is for people who want to talk to you.
- Reverse engineering for competitive use. Don't scrape, mirror, or use Taska to build a competing AI extraction product.
- Excessive load. Don't deliberately abuse free-tier limits or run automated scripts that consume per-user Bedrock spend caps. Reach out for an enterprise quote instead.
Enforcement
We try to be reasonable. A first-time violation usually gets a warning + an explanation. Severe violations (CSAM, harassment, deliberate abuse) skip to immediate termination and, where required, reporting to law enforcement.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy. We try to give notice + a chance to export your data when we do, except where doing so would harm a third party.
Reporting abuse
Saw something? Email abuse@enrevia-taska.com. We acknowledge reports within 24 hours and investigate promptly. Include screenshots / URLs / account emails where known.
