We're a small team early in our journey. We don't have open roles right now, but we keep an active list of people we'd like to work with when we do. If that sounds like something to be on, read on.

What we believe about the team

  • Small + senior beats big. We'd rather have five people who can each ship end-to-end than fifteen specialists who can't.
  • Remote-first, async-default. We write things down. Meetings are the rare-and-considered option, not the default.
  • Customer-facing engineering. Engineers talk to customers. Product designers ship code. There is no handoff wall.
  • Real ownership. Meaningful equity from day one. Open salary bands. No "we'll figure out comp later."
