Can I switch plans later?
Yes — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time from Settings. Billing prorates automatically.
What happens to my tasks if I downgrade?
Nothing. Your tasks, mailboxes, and history all stay. Free-tier limits only affect what's extracted going forward.
Do you offer student or non-profit pricing?
Yes — email support@enrevia-taska.com from your .edu or non-profit address and we'll set you up.
How does the team plan work?
Per-seat pricing. The team owner adds seats and invites members; work-account tasks roll up into a shared team view. Personal accounts stay private to the user even on a team plan.
Is my mailbox data private?
Yes. We read mail only to extract tasks. Refresh tokens and IMAP passwords are envelope-encrypted with a KMS key. We never train models on your data, never share with advertisers, and disconnecting deletes the credential.
