Taska is live
What we built, what it doesn't do, and what comes next.
Most of us never had a chief of staff. The people who do say the value isn't the calendar wrangling — it's the part where someone walks into your morning already knowing the plan. What's urgent. What can wait. Who's waiting on you.
Taska is that, on your phone. AI extracts real action items from your inbox and meetings, auto-schedules them around the calendar you already have, and reads you the plan before you've opened email.
What it does today
- Pulls tasks from Gmail, Outlook, IMAP, and meeting recordings. Tasks ≥50% confidence land in your list; the rest are filtered. Source is shown on every row: “Extracted from sarah@example.com · Q4 planning prep.”
- Slack mentions and DMs flow in too, now in real time once your workspace points the events webhook at us.
- A 30-second voice brief plays through AirPods while you make coffee. The script is your actual day, not a generic affirmation.
- Auto-scheduling books focus blocks around your existing meetings. Priority + estimate decide order; the calibration loop learns how long things actually take you so the estimate improves.
- A bundled booking link (think Calendly, minus the extra subscription) where requests come in as push notifications you can accept with one tap.
- An evening wrap-upat the hour you pick — what you finished, what rolled over, what's on tomorrow. Glance and close.
- Team features — shared visibility, OOO awareness, manager rollups — without the enterprise tax.
What it doesn’t do (yet)
- Be a chat assistant pretending to be a chief of staff. You can ask Ally questions in the drawer, but that's a small surface, not the product. The product is what happens to your work without you typing anything.
- Replace your task manager if you live in nested projects. We picked flat-by-life-area instead of deep hierarchy. If that's a dealbreaker, you want Todoist.
- Have a native desktop app. The web app is the desktop companion (it installs as a PWA); the iOS + Android apps are the daily home.
- Integrate with Linear / Notion / Jira yet. Roadmap. Slack just shipped this week.
- Have a customer logo wall. We're new. Our promise is that the first 100 paying customers get a direct line to a founder; everything you tell us changes what gets built next.
How to think about the price
Free for personal use, forever. $12/mo for Pro (auto- scheduling, voice briefs, booking link). $18/mo per seat for Team. Pricing is on /pricing; comparison shopping is vs Motion, Sunsama, Reclaim, Cal.com, Todoist, Cron, Akiflow. We tried to be honest about where each one wins.
What we want from you
The first version of any product is the wrong version. We built this for what we believed; you'll teach us what it actually needs to do. There's a feedback widget on every screen — the floating button on the bottom-left of the app. Use it freely. We read every one.
If you want to talk to a human: hello@enrevia-taska.com. Real reply within a day.
What’s next
- Linear + Notion + Jira integrations (in that order).
- Native desktop app (we'll either ship Tauri or double down on the PWA).
- Smart 1:1 finder — pick a slot across two calendars automatically.
- Better team features — agreed-priority queues, capacity warnings, delegated extraction.
